In addition to obligations related to the Extended Producer Responsibility, there are other reporting obligations for certain types of products.
- Reporting of chemical products: Regulations by the European Union require producers of toxic products, chemical products with specific warnings, and biocides, to establish declarations of said products to the European Chemicals Agency or to the specialized compliance scheme Synapse.
- Private copy levy reporting in Europe and throughout the world
- Specific environmental tax regulation: for instance, the TGAP in France (tax on general polluting activities)
